Results of Environmental Measures
1) Switched from cupola to electric furnace, reducing energy consumption, odor and noise
2) Reduced noise by soundproofing cast iron plant waste collection machines
3) Separated waste collection for recycling purposes
Separated resources
PP bands Wrappers Shredded paper
Used scrap lumber for recycled products
Wood chip storage Sawdust for livestock bedding Particle board
4) Environmental Beautification Activities (Cleaning Factory Vicinity)
Each time these activities are held, participants collect 10kg of waste, such as empty cans, pet bottles and scraps of paper.

5) Switched to Energy-Saving Lighting at the Fukushima No. 2 Plant
