In a board meeting held March 25, 2005, TBK elected to sell a portion of the Tokachi Test Track to Hitachi's Automotive System Group. This agreement enables both Hitachi and TBK to effectively utilize assets and share the benefits. Selling a portion of the trialing course is anticipated to drive up income for fiscal 2005 by some \780 million.
