In a board meeting held on May 20, 2005, TBK decided to change its company name. This was ratified in the general shareholders' meeting held on June 28, 2005.

With the advent of expanded operations on the back of increased orders from domestic truck manufacturers, in addition to continued globalization, the company recognizes the strength of its TBK brand and aims to bring the company name in line with this brand strength by changing it to TBK Co., Ltd. |
