TBK has announced the decision to issue unsecured CB-type bonds with new stock subscription rights and new stock subscription rights in a private allocation. The decision was made at a board meeting held on February 8, 2006.
The First Issue of Unsecured CB-type Bonds with New Stock Subscription Rights
- Issued price: \100 per \100 of face value (face amounts \50 million in bond)
- Price of new subscription rights: In gratis
- Payment and issue date: February 24, 2006
- Private allocation: All bonds issued to Daiwa Securities SMBC in a private allocation.
- Total amount of bonds: \2 billion (to be exercised in full by February 22, 2008)

- Aggregate Number of Subscription Rights to be Issued: 300
- Total Issue of New Stock Subscription Rights: \21,660,000
- Date to Exercise the Subscription Rights: February 24, 2006
