February 8, 2006 Acquisition of Fixed Assets In a board meeting held on February 8, 2006, TBK decided to acquire fixed assets. TBK is currently focusing its efforts on increasing its Engine Components business. To this end, TBK has acquired the land and structures neighboring the Fukushima Plant. The property was previously owned by TOSEM Corporation and is 78,009.76 square meters in size with a plant floor space of 33,072.81 square meters. By purchasing this plant, TBK can continue to actively receive orders for engine components and increase its sales.
