I want to utilize the knowledge and skills I have learned in the world field.

I have been interested in machines and robots since I was a child, and had a dream of becoming an engineer when I grew up. Studied mechanical engineering at an Indian university and studied a wide range of fields related to technology. As a result, I have won several international awards for robotics. After that, I experienced studying abroad in Canada and broadened my horizons, and hoped to find a job overseas in order to utilize the knowledge and skills I learned in the world field. The news that TBK provided technology to an Indian company gave me a sense of familiarity, and I chose TBK, a global company with bases in the United States, India, and Thailand, as my place of work.

You can challenge important missions from the first year of joining TBK

The new product development division is in charge of developing control software for trucks and robots. We solve the problems of our manufacturing site by programming. In my first year at TBK, I worked on the development of an automated guided vehicle system. At our factory, parts being assembled are transported to the next workshop by automated guided vehicles. Previously, you could only move the carrier along the magnetic tape on the floor, but with the introduction of the software I am now developing, we can freely set the transport route for each part you assemble in near future. Currently, I am developing software that enables us to simulate the driving test of trucks conducted at Tokachi Proving Ground on a PC without implementing it in actual.

People who want to work together are those who can take on challenges with teamwork

There are many experienced seniors, and I think it's really amazing that no matter what you ask, you will get an immediate answer. There are many members who love manufacturing, and conversations such as "How about something like this?", "How can this be realized?" are always flying around in the workplace to create products that do not yet exist in the world. I started learning Japanese after I got a job at TBK, so I was a little worried about my language skills, but there are many members of various nationalities, and many of my seniors at work can speak English. There are almost no problems in communication internally. Teamwork is important for manufacturing. I would like people who can take on new challenges in a cooperative manner to play an active role in TBK.
